How to Do Business With Us

To partner with us as a subscription agent, all new agents must complete our onboarding process through OneTrust, our compliance platform. As outlined in our Third Party Code of Conduct, Cambridge University Press and Assessment is committed to maintaining high ethical standards in all aspects of our business and in all markets in which we are engaged. This includes Cambridge University Press and Assessment’s approach to managing the risk of bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest and other trading risks, including potential risks raised through our third-party relationships. Completing our onboarding process ensures conformity with our policies and sets you up for operational success. We offer a 5% discount on subscription orders received from a successfully onboarded agency.

Please note: if an agent name, address, legal status, Tax regime/registration is updated, a compliance review is also required. These changes must be submitted and approved through the compliance process before business can continue, or updates take effect.

FTP file submission

To aid in a smooth and automatic way of renewing agent subscriptions, we use a process called FTP or File Transfer Protocol. This is a standard network protocol that allows us to transfer files between ourselves and a select group of subscription agents.
