Subscription Refunds & Returns
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
You have a right to change your mind and request a subscription cancellation and full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You are also entitled to a cancellation and refund if your request is made before the first issue of the subscription year is published.
If you purchased your subscription directly with Cambridge University Press & Assessment, please contact our Customer Services team to submit a cancellation request. If you subscribed via a subscription agent, please contact your agent directly.
Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment for card payments and bank transfers. Kindly note that we are unable to issue refunds via cheque, and would refund a subscription originally paid via cheque in the form of a bank transfer. For bank transfer refunds, our Customer Services team will require your bank details as well as an additional document to confirm the account details (such as a letter from your bank or voided cheque).
Returns:
In the event your journal issue could not be delivered, the copy will be returned to us. If we have a record of your contact details, we will reach out to notify you of the return and check the delivery address details before sending a replacement. If you cannot be contacted following an issue return, we will pause your subscription so that no further print issues are sent until we can verify your details. If you believe you are missing an issue, please refer to our claims policy and how to contact us.
Damaged Issues:
If your journal issue arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Services team quoting your subscriber number and details or a photograph of the damaged item. Our team will be able to review the request and arrange a replacement if required.
