All subscriptions purchased either directly with Cambridge or via a subscription agent will be linked to a 10-digit subscriber number. Your subscriber number will be included on all documentation and in all communication from us. 

A subscriber number can be located at the top of our proforma and renewal invoices and all paid invoice documents.

If you are receiving print versions of the journal, the subscriber number appears on the mailing sheet included in the journal package. For journals dispatched from the UK, you will find the number just above your address. For journals dispatched from North America, you will find the number just below the barcode following the customer number. If you do not have any record of the subscriber number and you purchased the subscription via an agent, please contact the agent in the first instance.
