What information is in the KBART file?

The KBART file reflects what is accessible at the time the file is downloaded through a collection or directly to an institutional account. It includes Open Access content, books and journals, and Elements. However, it does not include temporary free-to-all access, such as volumes/issues of a journal made free for a certain period as part of a marketing promotion.

Please note that KBART is not intended to be a record of your university’s purchase history. It reflects what is accessible at the time the file is downloaded. To request a perpetual holdings report, please fill out this form for assistance.
