Cambridge offers various funding options to support authors publishing their articles as open access. This page outlines how authors can cover the cost of publication through a direct Article Processing Charge (APC) payment, apply for a fee waiver or publish via an institutional open access agreement. Please use our eligibility checker to see whether you are eligible for funding support through an institutional open access agreement.

Each journal homepage also has a Journal Information section with information about open access options, support available and fees & pricing. If APC funding is being provided by an author's grant, institution or organisation, authors are able to raise an invoice upon reaching the transaction checkout. The checkout will be available shortly after an article is accepted for publication.
