All print issues are sent free of charge via standard mail and do not include any tracking information. Issues are dispatched from either our UK or US distributor therefore delivery times may vary depending on dispatch location.

Based on the dispatch location, our delivery aims are as follows: 

Dispatch from the UK:

• UK – up to 5 business days
• Europe – 7-14 business days
• Rest of World – 10-24 business days

Dispatch from the US:

• North America - 3-16 business days
• Canada – 5-8 business days
• Mexico - 10-15 business days
• Central & South America - 10-20 business days
• Europe & UK – 7-15 business days
• ME / Africa – 12-20 business days
• Asia – 12-20 business days
• Australia/NZ – 12-20 business days

Kindly note that these are our distributors' delivery aims and parcels may be delayed in transit. We ask customers to allow up to 6 weeks from the original dispatch date in case of any delivery delays. If however your print issue does not arrive within this timeframe, please refer to our article here to submit a claim.
