How can I claim for missing print issues ?

If you have not yet received a print issue (for which you have made payment and is included in your journal subscription), please refer to our claims policy below.
 
Missing print issues will be replaced provided we are notified upon receipt of the next issue or within 6 months of the publication date, whichever is the sooner. Customers are entitled to one free replacement copy for each missing issue. Please note that while every effort is made to maintain the advertised publication schedule, it may not be possible to dispatch an issue in the month for which it has been advertised.
Claims submitted within 6 weeks of the original dispatch date may be rejected to allow enough time for the original copy to be delivered in case of delays in transit. Please also note that all print issues are sent free of charge via standard mail and do not include any tracking information. Issues are dispatched from either our UK or US distributor therefore delivery times may vary depending on dispatch location. Please refer to our article here for our delivery aims.
